A late Bailey Rice penalty meant Rangers Colts secured a draw against League of Ireland side Bohemians at The Rangers Training Centre this afternoon. Over the piece a draw was probably a fair reflection of the ninety minutes.

The quest to find meaningful competitive games for the B Team/Colts continues and last night’s stroll against a young Partick Thistle side wasn’t one of them. The Thistle youngsters barely forced Rangers into taking a goal kick.

Rangers Colts' SPFL Trophy run came to an end at Cappielow tonight against an Airdrie side that included six former Rangers players in their starting XI. In a game where there were chances at both ends they were perhaps a bit unfortunate not to take the game to a penalty shoot out.

Rangers B opened their Glasgow Cup campaign with a comfortable win over what was essentially a Queen's Park B team at The Rangers Training Centre on Tuesday afternoon.
